All the interior aspects of Waterchase are great, clubhouse, workout, in unit washer/dryer. However, Waterchase has long boasted of their beautiful outside surrounding ponds/grounds. This is not as the Waterchase Management Team says. There are A LOT of waterfowl surrounding the area. While seeing the waterfowl mingling in the ponds can be pleasant, even in the winter, THEY LEAVE A MESS! From my perspective, Waterchase staff does little to keep the walkways along the ponds clear from waterfowl feces. If you have a pet you would like to walk, and would enjoy running around the ponds, DON'T BE FOOLED. There is duck/geese/swan crap littering the walkways throughout the year that is not tended too. If it is cleaned at all, it is usually by tenants who have the walkout patios (I have seen someone cleaning their immediate area and walkway before). This fecal mess left by the waterfowl is disgusting as it will appear in random LARGE piles around the ponds. If you absolutely must live here, do not be tempted by the "beautiful" ponds and walkout patio 1st floor apartments due to the described waterfowl problem.

Its not bad but it hasn't been the best. I do love the washer and dryer in the apartment and its pretty quiet. The garages are nice to if I could ever park in mine becasue someone was always parked in front of it and the office wasn't much help with that. Also the door on our apartment building has been broken for about half the time we have been here and living on the third floor and having to walk down to let everyone in isn't very fun. Lastly the staff is nothing spectacular.

In unit laundry, pet friendly, one stall garage, dishwasher, large balcony, this place has all of my "must haves". When I first signed the lease there were maintenance issues that needed fixing/replacing and I was assured they would be handled by the time I moved in over a week later and they were not. When a maintenance worker did show up he was very attentive and mentioned that he had been on vacation and the other employees did not know how to handle certain things and that is why things were not fixed. I hope the maintenance crew is all up to speed now so that when that one guy goes on a vacation the work does not stop with his absence.

That it's quiet and relaxing, with a friendly community and an active and helpful staff.

This property looks beautiful in the summer-time. It is a large enough property to enjoy a nice walk throughout the area. A gym, sauna, pool, and newly renovated club-house provide many hang-out areas to allow you to get out and about without spending too much money. It it less than 10mins away from a large shopping center (Rivertown Crossings), and many restaurants as well. This is an excellent place to live if you have a pet(s) and don't want to pay too much for the monthly fee. There is even a small dog park that is fenced in in which you can allow your pet to run free to get all their energy out and meet other pets. Maintenance response time is excellent as long as you are cordial in your requests. Along with these pros for living at Waterchase, there also comes some cons. There is too much waterfowl in the area. Subsequently, this waterfowl creates fecal messes that the apartment complex staff fails to tend to, especially in the summer when it matters the most (i.e. people walking around the ponds and such). Upon moving in 1.5yrs ago, I was told that garages were required to be used for parking at least one vehicle in at all times. Unless there is inclement weather, not many residents will use their garage leading to limited parking availability if you come home in the late evening. Snow/ice removal is slow in regards to the roads throughout the complex, especially salting the road for ice.

I need to live here longer to find out more.

It is a safe, comfortable community with friendly neighbors and staff with all the luxuries of "high society" living within a reasonably affordable setting!

The in unit washer and dryer is fantastic, nice appliances, clean quiet apartments, beautiful ponds and landscaping. I need to live here more than a month to tell more.

The appartment managment do a great job with bringing the community together. There is only one complaint that I have it is inadequate parking. Some residents are exceeding the vehicle limit. Waterchase needs to look into assigned parking spots.

Waterchase is like a little bubble... so beautiful, safe, comfortable... We love the size of our apartment, ABSOLUTELY love the bark park and pet friendly nature of Waterchase... love the community activities... love our neighbors, love the staff (yay Seidy!) We love the pool, the gym, the clubhouse... We feel that for the same price elsewhere, we would not have nearly as many or as amazing amenities: The apartments COMES with a washer and dryer? The apartment COMES with a one car garage with remote access? There's a pool, gym, park, ponds with water features, park, bark park for the doggies, areas for a picnic and cookout, volleyball, and basketball? AND a car wash? WOW. Not to mention that it is super pet friendly, you can rent the clubhouse on weekends, and 20% gas, water, sewer, trash and recycling is all included? You could NEVER find a better opportunity elsewhere. Waterchase is TRULY the BEST! We are SO PROUD to say we live at Waterchase!

I am very happy with our apartment. This is our first time living in an apartment complex and we are very comfortable. All the repairs are done quickly and efficiently and everyone is very nice:)

Just a nice community feels just like home

The clubhouse is beautiful and there is a pool and work out room. Nice paths paved around the ponds, great for a nice walk and very pet friendly. Lots of activities to join. And bonus: You get a garage. I like my apartment.
